Terms of Service

These terms govern your school's use of Bellr, our school communication software. Bellr is provided by Pixels Educational Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria ("we", "us"). By creating a school account you agree to these terms on behalf of your school.

1. The service

Bellr lets schools record attendance and daily activity, notify parents, manage fees and receipts, and send announcements, through a mobile app for staff and parents.

2. Accounts

The person who creates the school account becomes its proprietor and is responsible for it. You must give accurate information, keep passwords confidential, and add only staff who are entitled to access student information. You are responsible for activity under your school's accounts.

3. Free trial and subscription

New schools receive a free trial of 10 days with no card required. After the trial, the school needs an active subscription to add or change information and to send messages. The current price is ₦25,000 per term, as shown on our website. We will give notice before changing the price, and a change never applies to a term already paid.

4. When a subscription ends

If the trial ends or a subscription is not renewed, the account becomes view-only. Your data is not deleted, and full access returns once payment is confirmed. A school may be suspended for serious breach of these terms.

5. Payment

Fees are payable in naira by bank transfer to the account shown in the app, or by other methods we make available. Payments are confirmed against the school code you provide.

6. Your data and responsibilities

Your school owns the information it enters, including student, parent and fee records. You confirm you have the right to enter it and to contact parents through Bellr. You must not use Bellr to send unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.

7. Availability

We work to keep Bellr available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on parents' devices and networks.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to a school is limited to the subscription fees that school paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Ending your account

A school may stop using Bellr at any time. On request we will export or delete the school's data, subject to any record we must keep by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
